The Grove Collaborative store sells everyday household supplies. Its homepage title reads “Healthier Home Essentials”, and the bestseller list is made up of cleaning products, soap and paper goods rather than anything seasonal. This guide walks through that list and the prices shown on the store. Prices here are the ones listed at the time of writing and they can change; many items show a “from” price that depends on the size or pack you pick.
Cleaning products
The cleaning shelf has both ready-to-use and concentrated options, and the starting prices differ a little.
- Multi-Surface Cleaner — $4.99
- Toilet Cleaner — $5.49
- Gentle Walnut Scrubber Sponges — from $5.49
- Multi-Purpose Cleaner Concentrate (listed as cutting grease on sealed surfaces) — from $7.99
The concentrate has the highest starting price of the group, so it is worth reading the size on the product page before comparing it with the $4.99 Multi-Surface Cleaner.
Soap, from the sink to the shower
Soap is where the store offers the most format choices. Dish Soap starts at $4.99, and there is a separate gel Dish Soap Refill from $5.49. Hand Soap is listed at $4.99, with a Hydrating Hand Soap Refill from $5.49, and Bar Soap is listed at $5.95. Buying a refill alongside the original bottle is a common way to keep a household stocked, and the listings make it easy to see both prices side by side.
Paper goods
Three bamboo paper products show up among the bestsellers, and the names spell out the ply and count, which helps when you compare them with what you buy elsewhere:
- 3-Ply Bamboo Toilet Paper, 400 sheets per roll — from $9.49
- 2-Ply Bamboo Paper Towels, 140 sheets per roll — from $6.49
- 3-Ply Bamboo Facial Tissues, 75 sheets per box — from $2.99
Because these are “from” prices, check the pack size you are choosing before judging the cost per roll or per sheet.
A simple first basket
If you only want the basics, three items sit at or near the same price point: Hand Soap, Dish Soap and Multi-Surface Cleaner each start at $4.99. Together that is $14.97 at their lowest listed prices, before any pack-size changes, shipping or tax. Adding the Bar Soap at $5.95 brings a starter order to $20.92 on the same basis.
Those are only the entry prices on the bestseller list, so treat the total as a rough guide rather than a checkout figure.
How to pay less
Offers we have seen listed for Grove include a 25% off storewide offer (one version excludes subscription orders), a larger storewide percentage in at least one listing, free shipping, and a mention of a loyalty program. Which of these applies depends on timing and the contents of your cart. We keep a running list on our Grove Collaborative coupons page, and it is worth a look before you check out.
