The Glucose Goddess store is small on purpose. There is one flagship supplement, one protein product, two books, a recipe subscription and a long shelf of free guides. That makes it easy to shop, but the bundle names are confusing the first time you land on the product page. This guide lays out what each option is and what it costs, using the prices listed on the US store.

Anti-Spike Formula: the one product most people come for

Anti-Spike Formula is the store's flagship supplement. A single purchase is listed at $75, and it is sold three ways: a one-time buy, a no-commitment subscription at the same $75, and larger packs that start you with the jar and add refill pouches.

The arithmetic is simple. Three single purchases cost $225, so the 3-month supply saves $22.50. Six units bought one at a time would be $450, so the jar plus five refills at $360 is the lowest per-unit price on the page, at $60 each. If you are trying the product for the first time, the one-time buy keeps the commitment small; the bigger packs only make sense once you know you will keep using it.

Protein Prodigy

Protein Prodigy is the second product in the shop menu, listed at $120. It sits alongside a free protein intake calculator and a protein guide in the store's resources section, so you can work out how much you are aiming for before you buy anything.

Books and recipes

Two of founder Jessie's books are sold directly: Glucose Revolution at $32.50 and The Glucose Goddess Method at $35. A third title, 9 Months That Count Forever, appears in the Books menu as well.

For recipes there are two routes. The Recipe Club is a subscription listed at $4.99, and there are one-off packs if you would rather not subscribe:

The free section is worth opening first

Before spending anything, look at the Free stuff menu. It includes The 10 Glucose Goddess Hacks, a glucose spikes quiz, the protein intake calculator, a food classification master list, guides to blood tests, glucose monitors, food labels and milk, plus sample breakfast, veggie starter and vinegar mocktail recipes. The Science episodes section covers topics such as vinegar, fasting, breakfast, moving after eating and what to eat around exercise.

None of that requires a purchase, and it is the fastest way to decide whether the paid products fit what you are trying to do.

Small add-ons

Two low-cost extras round out the shop: Jessie's Pill box at $5.90 and the Veggies First Cap at $50.

How to pay less

The store does not run on a wall of promo codes. The savings are built into the pack sizes: 10% off the 3-month supply, and the lowest unit price on the jar plus five refills. We keep a running list of the current offers on our Glucose Goddess coupons page, updated when the store changes its pricing.
